John Mikesh has always been interested in housing and business. With experience working in the fields of construction, architecture, interior design and real estate he knows a thing or two about the housing industry. John's real estate career took off when he began building a team at RE/MAX in 2009. His team went on to become a top producing force in his marketplace within a 5 year period. Always being growth-oriented, he and his wife Jennifer decided to take the next step and open up their own independent brand in 2014, giving birth to ROOST™ Real Estate. With Jennifer handling the business and operations, John was able to focus on building a highly productive and profitable sales force, while at the same time removing himself from the day to day selling activities. John is a best selling author on the subject of real estate, has become a mentor within the industry and continues to lead a team that has consistently produced an average sales volume over $75,000,000 per year.
